Cancellation

Unless otherwise agreed to, either party may terminate this Agreement after the first 3 months from the project start date at any time by giving the other party written notice of termination (14 days). If this Agreement is terminated by the Client after the first 3 months of the project start date.      

Refund Policy  

All payment is final, Company will begin by contacting clients existing lead lists, with ad management ensuing once campaigns have been set up. However, company guarantees, if after 120 days our services have not yield more in gross commission then we will continue our service for free, as well as pay for advertising spend up to $1000 USD per month. The above guarantee is subject to the following conditions. 1) Each lead must be contacted at once within 7 days of the lead being generated 2) Leads must have their contact history tracked on the CRM we provide or using an existing system that the client is using. 4) A minimum of $3000 USD must be spent on the advertising campaigns while working with CREO Acquisitions.
